1. Eligible Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:

United States: All 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories not listed.

Europe: Select European countries, including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. 2. Order Processing Time

4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free shipping offers apply to standard shipping only and are subject to minimum order value requirements (as specified above). Free shipping does not apply to expedited, overnight, or priority shipping methods.
- For orders containing multiple items, shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the package. We may ship items in separate packages if they are fulfilled from different warehouses—you will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address provided during checkout. This email will include a unique tracking number and a link to track your package via the carrier’s website.

6. International Shipping & Customs

- For orders shipped to European countries, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
- Customs policies vary by country—we recommend checking with your local customs office for information on duties, taxes, and import regulations before placing your order.
- We are required to provide accurate product information (value, description, country of origin) on customs forms. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or understate the product value to avoid customs fees—this is illegal and may result in order seizure or additional penalties.
6.2 Customs Processing Delays
- European customs processing times vary by country and can take 1-3 business days (or longer during peak seasons). Delays in customs are beyond our control, and we are not liable for any additional costs or delays caused by customs inspection.
7. Address Requirements & Corrections
- You must provide a valid, accurate, and complete shipping address (including street name, house/apartment number, city, postal code, and country) during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to correct your shipping address after placing an order, please contact support@ishoesx.com immediately. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the address, and the package will be delivered to the original address provided.
- If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery. If you decline re-delivery, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees) after receiving the returned package.

- We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international territories not listed in Section 1.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
